Xarasoft AI (“we”, “us”) operates xarasoftai.com and the Nexa mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you book a demo we collect the details you submit: your name, business name, industry, website or Instagram handle, WhatsApp number, approximate volume, and the problem you describe. We use these solely to prepare for and follow up on your demo.

Analytics

We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies. You can block them with standard browser controls without affecting the site.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share website data with anyone outside Xarasoft AI and the service providers needed to run this site and schedule your demo, except as described in the Nexa mobile app section below.

Nexa mobile app (iOS and Android)

The Nexa app is a workplace tool for support agents at businesses that use the Nexa platform. Accounts are created by the business's administrator; there is no public sign-up in the app.

What the app collects

• Account details: your email address and password when you sign in. The password is sent encrypted and never stored on your device. A session token is kept in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) so you stay signed in.
• Push notification token: if you turn on notifications, we store your device's push token and device type (iOS or Android), linked to your agent account. It is used only to alert you about new messages and tickets. Turning notifications off or logging out deletes it.
• Content you send: text, photos and voice notes you choose to send to a customer. The app uses your camera, photo library or microphone only at the moment you choose to attach or record something.
• Customer conversations: the app shows conversations between your business and its customers. That data belongs to your business and is processed on its behalf.

What the app does not collect

Location, contacts, calendar, advertising IDs, or analytics and tracking data. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

Who we share app data with

• Expo, Apple and Google: to deliver push notifications (push token and notification content).
• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook): to deliver your replies to customers (the message content you send).
• Our hosting provider: to run the platform.

We do not sell data. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Data is kept while your agent account is active. Push tokens are deleted when you turn off notifications, log out, or uninstall the app. Conversation data is kept according to your business's agreement with us.

Deleting your data

Ask your business administrator, or email support@xarasoftai.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your agent account and its associated data within 30 days. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you also have the rights of access, correction, export, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and each agent can see only their own business's conversations.

Children

Nexa is a workplace tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
